CPoW Rejects the Kenosha Casino for All the Right Reasons!

The Constitution Party of Wisconsin (CPoW) rejects all forms of gambling.  Our platform states:

Gambling promotes an increase in crime, destruction of family values, and a decline in the moral fiber of our country. We are opposed to government sponsorship, involvement in, or promotion of gambling, such as lotteries, or subsidization of Native American casinos in the name of economic development.”

If you are in favor gambling, you are an “easy money” liberal.  If you are mad about the Potowotomi Nation bullying the State of Wisconsin, remember this: There was a time before they ran gaming operations, when they did not have the economic muscle to engage in such tactics.  To complain now in light of your long-term gambling support should make you think about the long-term consequences of your immorality.  CPoW is glad the Kenosha Casino is not going to open; we opposed it when it was a dog track.  We oppose all gambling on principle.

Red states suffered higher rate of federal budget cuts between 2009-2013: report

I am reblogging this because I feel that both parties are just the same. They are both a part of the political machine of Washington and it is completely self-serving regardless of what We, the People have expected of them when we voted for them. We, the People, no longer exist to those in Washington, hence my reason for the reblog. I no longer support either party. You can see what party I support elsewhere on my blog! Thank you to lobotero for sharing this with us! He has a long history of knowledge of politics and I respect him even if I don’t agree with him.

In Saner Thought

Red state voters loathe the president and anything Democratic…….they vote for people that promise to slice federal spending and will be a better day for everyone…..

The problem is in their haste to send mental midgets to DC they are systematically screwing themselves……does that speak to civic illiteracy?

Constitution Party of Wisconsin ~ Platform

Seven Principles of the Constitution Party are:

  1. Life: For all innocent human beings, from conception to natural death;
  2. Liberty: Freedom of conscience and actions for the self-governed individual;
  3. Family: One husband and one wife with their children as divinely instituted;
  4. Property: Each individual’s right to own and steward personal property without government burden;
  5. Constitution: and Bill of Rights interpreted according to the actual intent of the Founding Fathers;
  6. States Sovereignty: Everything not specifically delegated by the Constitution to the federal government is reserved for the state and local jurisdictions;  nothing in this statement is an affirmation of Antisemitism, Anti-Zionism, or any race-based criteria.  CPoW is a Bible-based political party, not a race-based party.
  7. American Sovereignty: American government committed to the protection of the borders, trade, and common defense of Americans, and not entangled in foreign alliances.

Our entire platform can be seen in the Wisconsin Blue Book.  Contact your State Representative or State Senator for a free copy.

The Constitution Party of Wisconsin ~ Who are we?

Who are we?

This is who we are:

The Constitution Party gratefully acknowledges the blessing of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as Creator, Preserver and Ruler of the Universe and of these United States. We hereby appeal to Him for mercy, aid, comfort, guidance and the protection of His Providence as we work to restore and preserve these United States.

This great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For this very reason peoples of other faiths have been and are afforded asylum, prosperity, and freedom of worship here.

The goal of the Constitution Party is to restore American jurisprudence to its Biblical foundations and to limit the federal government to its Constitutional boundaries.

The Constitution of these United States provides that “no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.” The Constitution Party supports the original intent of this language. Therefore, the Constitution Party calls on all those who love liberty and value their inherent rights to join with us in the pursuit of these goals and in the restoration of these founding principles.

The U.S. Constitution established a Republic rooted in Biblical law, administered by representatives who are Constitutionally elected by the citizens. In such a Republic all Life, Liberty and Property are protected because law rules.

We affirm the principles of inherent individual rights upon which these United States of America were founded:

•That each individual is endowed by his Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are the rights to life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness;
•That the freedom to own, use, exchange, control, protect, and freely dispose of property is a natural, necessary and inseparable extension of the individual’s unalienable rights;
•That the legitimate function of government is to secure these rights through the preservation of domestic tranquility, the maintenance of a strong national defense, and the promotion of equal justice for all;
•That history makes clear that left unchecked, it is the nature of government to usurp the liberty of its citizens and eventually become a major violator of the people’s rights; and
•That, therefore, it is essential to bind government with the chains of the Constitution and carefully divide and jealously limit government powers to those assigned by the consent of the governed.

    This is who we are. Theses principles come first; and are not up for debate.

Food for thought about Global Warming…

Ok, while I don’t pretend to have all the answers and I’m sure its possible that I’ll step on some toes, I’m going to just throw out a thought or two on the topic of ‘global warming’ … please bear with me and if you don’t agree, please bear with grace! Thanks, in advance!
Well, I have not jumped on the ‘go green’ bandwagon. Not because I’m against reducing, reusing, and recycling… because I’m all for being good stewards of His creation. I’ve not jumped on the ‘go green’ bandwagon because I don’t believe all the ‘global warming’ propaganda/hype (sorry if those words offend… I don’t mean them to be offensive, I’m just not sure what words to use if I don’t ascribe to it).Ever since the first time I heard the term ‘global warming’ and the subsequent warnings that the earth is getting hotter, the polar caps are melting, and WE MUST DO SOMETHNG TO STOP IT NOW (while we still have the chance!) I had a scripture “pop up in my spirit” and I haven’t been able to get past it.  Then last week, during the midweek service at church, a comment was made that really struck me and I looked up that scripture that “pops up in my spirit” and was even more awestruck at the verse!  Let me share the comment… or, more accurately put, my paraphrase of the comment…“For someone to think that ‘we’ (mere humans) have the power to destroy something that God created – or worse yet – think ‘we’ (mere humans) have the power to stop ‘global warming’ if it were true – is awfully arrogant!”I was struck by the truth of the comment… mankind has always had a weakness in that area, hasn’t it? Thinking back to the Tower of Babel, or how about Abraham and Sarah and Hagar, or the Israelites wanting a human king, or the disciples wanting to overthrow the current authority and put Jesus in charge? (Or trying to usher in the Second Coming by moving Jews from all over the world back to Israel? But that’s another topic… we won’t “go there” today!)So here we are in present day ‘Bible times’ and mankind thinks it can ‘fix’ the problem of global warming or that mankind can actually destroy the Creation that God spoke into existence!  Wow… it just seems to me that present-day mankind is thinking more highly of themselves than they ought!

Oh, and what was the scripture that keeps “popping up in my spirit”?

“While the earth remains,
seedtime and harvest
cold and heat
winter and summer
and day and night
shall not cease.” Genesis 8:22 NKJV

What I was even more awestruck by was reading the verses just before this one, I found that not only were these God’s words, but He spoke them to Noah AFTER Noah came off the Ark and built an altar and offered burnt offerings to the Lord… and the Lord promised him that He would never again curse the ground or destroy every living thing! And the very next words recorded are “while the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, COLD AND HEAT, WINTER AND SUMMER, and day and night SHALL NOT CEASE!”

I hope that this offers you some food for thought today!

White House Approaches Disney to Use ‘Frozen’ Movie for Latest Propaganda Move

And again, Disney is attacked for just making a successful, million dollar movie, its PRETEND for children, people, good grief!  Anything they can do to add to their false pretense of Global Warming, oops, its now, Climate Change, since the warming is simply .002 degrees Fahrenheit!  The polar bears are doing just fine and are actually quite prolific.  The ice caps are not melting as we have been lied to.  Al Gore should have to give back his Nobel Prize for his lies, but then, think about how much money, world-wide, has been collected based on his lie!

Seeking the Remnant Leaders

Where are candidates like this? He may not have been perfect, but he sought wisdom from God. This is the most important characteristic that should be something we look for in a President. He should be a man of God, the God of the Holy Bible, not the Q’ran. He should be a man of integrity, honor, dignity, respect, and character… none of which I have seen in a very long time. It’s all about who has the most money, wins. I pray that you will take the time to watch the video, remember what he said, let it pierce through to your heart as it did mine, as I am writing, I am still writing through tears. We need a Godly man in the Oval Office, one that will seek the wisdom of God and not listen to the enemy’s whisperings. Is there such a man?

Thank you to Bob Peck for posting this for me to share!

As a strict constitutionist, I may be able to find some faults with the Reagan administration, such as increased national debt or not always toeing a perfectly constitutional line, but I am reminded by this video that Ronald Reagan stands in stark contrast to today’s political leaders – most so called “conservatives” included – as a sincere Christian man who publicly acknowledged God and possessed that true form of patriotism that honestly sought the best interests of his country. I challenge you to watch the video, then ask yourself how many men you can name who possess this kind of spirit and character among those inside the beltway today, or in your state government, or your city, or…?

I’ve been honored to know a few men – very few – cut from similar cloth, mostly from my association with the Constitution Party. However, I’m hard pressed to name men of…
